Daji WeChat Mini Program Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Daji WeChat Mini Program (the "Mini Program"). It is provided in accordance with applicable personal information protection laws and the WeChat Mini Program Platform Operating Rules, and explains how the Mini Program collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

To provide reading and note-taking features, the Mini Program may collect:

• WeChat authorisation data: with your consent, your unique user identifier (openid), nickname and avatar
• Content you create: imported book files, reading progress, bookmarks, notes and annotations
• Device and log information: device model, OS version, WeChat version, crash and performance logs

We do not collect your WeChat contacts, chat history or payment password, and we do not read any information unrelated to the Mini Program's features.

3. WeChat Authorisation

• The Mini Program obtains your nickname and avatar only when you actively authorise it, in order to display your account information. You may withdraw this authorisation at any time in WeChat's Mini Program settings
• Phone number access follows WeChat's quick-login rules and occurs only with your active consent
• Declining authorisation does not prevent you from using basic browsing features that do not require sign-in

4. Third-Party Services

The Mini Program runs on the WeChat platform; its account system, payment and message notification capabilities are provided by Tencent (WeChat). We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

5. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain the Mini Program's features; sync your reading data; process orders and membership services; diagnose faults and improve the product; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

6. Storage and Security

Your reading data is stored on your device by default. If you enable sync, the relevant data is transmitted encrypted and stored on our servers located in the People's Republic of China. We apply transport encryption, access control and least-privilege measures. Please note that no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

7. Sharing

We do not share your personal information except:

• with your separate consent;
• as required by law, or by a mandatory request from a judicial or administrative authority;
• where necessary to protect the personal or property safety of you or others.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, copy and delete your personal information, to withdraw consent you have given, and to delete your account. You can do so in the Mini Program's settings, or contact us using the details in Section 11. After you delete your account we will delete or anonymise your personal information, except where the law requires otherwise.

9. Minors

The Mini Program is not directed at children under 14. If you are a minor, please read this policy and use the Mini Program together with your guardian.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you prominently, such as through an announcement in the Mini Program. Continuing to use the Mini Program after an update means you accept the updated policy.
